TechRev York’s mission is to inspire, connect, and enable economic opportunity by promoting equity through access to technology. They bridge the gap between high-growth job opportunities and underrepresented or historically-disadvantaged populations.
The design of the 7,367-SF building features two classrooms, several offices, and learning labs that can be rented by start-ups or local businesses. The style of the building allowed CORE to preserve aspects of the original architecture, such as the former bank’s vault.
The project began in early 2020 and is now open and serving the community after COVID-related delays. MechanWical, electrical and plumbing was designed by Paragon Engineering Services, Inc. and construction was completed by Campbell Associates.
