CORE Design Group provided architectural services to Pollock Maserati. Our team evaluated the existing sales building, which was failing, and recommended demolition and starting new vs. renovating.
A highly efficient layout was developed for the new building, maximizing use of the confined site. CORE provided the minimum administrative space needed with complementary showroom space for vehicle display. The interior showcases clean lines with white finishes throughout. The exterior features glass walls in the front surrounded by ACM panels, while white and gray accents provide a modern look and feel to generate excitement.
