Richard Lucas Automotive is a family-owned automotive business out of Avenel, NJ containing both a Chevrolet and Subaru dealership. The Richard Lucas team enlisted CORE Design Group for help planning for future growth and maximizing use of their site overall.
The project began with a master plan, with the CORE team working closely with the Client to identify their current and future programming needs, analayzing employee flow and the customer experience. At the heart of their expansion plans was a state-of-the-art new service center complex.
Conceieved as a phased development for the site, the master plan also includes a future expansion to the current Subaru dealership and renovations to their Chevrolet dealership. The car lots will also be reorganized to allow for a more focused and user-friendly car shopping experience.
