CORE Design Group provided architectural services for Southeastern Adams Volunteer Emergency Services’ new one-story building that features a mezzanine, load bearing composite concrete panels, and a steel roof system.
Some exterior finishes are painted concrete, inlaid brick, standing seam and an EPDM roof system. The entire building is fully sprinklered. The building includes covered porches, general offices for fire and EMS personnel, a library and conference room, weight room, day room, bunk rooms, locker rooms, toilet and shower facilities, storage, hose drying tower, and two 5 bay apparatus rooms. The building also includes a foyer, banquet hall, kitchen, and toilet facilities. Ten apparatus bays will house service equipment and supplies to support emergency services in four area municipalities.
In 2025, we provided design services for an expansion of SAVES’ usable outdoor space.
