This project was Design-Build delivery method consisting of a one-story addition to the northeast of the existing social hall and new accessible ramp and canopy to the northwest (adjacent to the church).

The new education center replaces the demolished two-story under-utilized and non-compliant structure that once stood in its place (a 92-year-old former school building, which also housed parish council meetings and weekly bingo but was in need of utility upgrades and renovations for accessibility).

The construction type consisted of precast concrete exterior walls with brick veneer inlay and shingle roof to match existing. The program includes the addition of five classrooms restrooms and storage, all accessed from the existing social hall.
