This small but exciting fit-out project consisted of renovations and conversion of an existing quick-service pizza restaurant at Sawgrass Mills Mall into a new Osmow’s Shawarma location. 

Work included adapting the existing layout and infrastructure to meet Osmow’s operational needs while incorporating distinctive brand and elements that promote strong recognition and an eye-catching desi. 

Our project approach emphasized efficient reuse of existing equipment where feasible, with direction provided on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) considerations.
