This project was completed in three phases. Phase I included a new street view and entrance, office with mezzanine addition, and warehouse addition and alterations. Load bearing precast concrete panels, pre-engineered steel building and roof system. Exterior finishes are painted concrete, insulated wall panels, corrugated galvanized and pre-finished metal siding, aluminum storefront system, EPDM roof and standing seam metal roof. 

Phase II  included a new warehouse addition and alterations to the existing warehouse. 

Phase III included alterations to the existing office area, manufacturing area and warehouse.  A new mezzanine and 2nd floor office structure was added to the existing manufacturing area, new restrooms, break room, and a 1,200 square foot patio with site modifications. Exterior patio finishes are painted concrete, galvanized steel with a removable canvas canopy.
