This project is a two-story warehouse conversion into corporate office space, specifically designated for a new marketing department. The space includes a dedicated main lobby with reception, conference rooms for clients, and areas for miscellaneous internal uses. In addition, there is an executive office wing with support staff, manager’s offices, open systems cubicles and  lots of natural lighting. Ancillary support areas include a break room and hotel stations for the out-of-town sales team. Restrooms and ADA accessibility throughout entire complex as well as lactation rooms for nursing mothers.
