This project included an addition and renovations to an existing warehouse facility. It is now a two-story building that serves as the corporate headquarters and production facility for AquaPhoenix Scientific, Inc. 

Renovations included: 

• New Corporate Office 
• Lobby and Receiption Area with Open Atrium 
• Conference Room 
• Breakroom 
• Executive Offices 
• Room for Future Expansion
