CORE Design Group provided architectural services for a tenant fit-out. The existing building is a single-story, 180,000-SF pre-engineered metal building. CORE developed a first-floor plan for eighteen flower rooms, as well as production, distribution, and some administrative uses. A second floor was designed to provide the client with additional conference spaces and administrative offices.
