New one-story medical facility containing 23 exam rooms, physicians’ offices, laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray room, scanning room, collection areas, procedure rooms, food prep and break room, laundry, storage, retail area, and space for future expansion. Building is steel frame with steel deck roof.
During construction, a 2,200-SF addition was added to the facility to house rehab services.
