CORE Design Group provided Architectural and Structural Engineering services for the tenant fit-out of the 15,600 SF four-story office building and mezzanine. The new Benjamin & Bond headquarters is located in the old Market Street Saloon. The fit-out included a reception and waiting area, conference rooms, private and open offices, work areas, atrium, break room, ADA restrooms, as well as a storage area.
