CORE Design Group provided architectural and structural engineering services for the construction of this 12,000-SF single story flex-commercial building. The tenant space for Burkentine Builders is 3,200 square feet with a partial basement and loft. The building is located in the South Hanover Shopping Center.

The project was a Design-Build delivery method with Burkentine Builders as General Contractor.
