The addition to this facility is a load-bearing masonry cavity wall and steel structure. The exterior finish is a brick masonry and split face CMU with EPDM roof system.

The entire building has been fully sprinklered as well. The addition is three stories of classrooms with a multi-purpose room and commercial kitchen.
