Church of the Open Door planned a multi-site expansion to manage main campus growth and reach a statistically under-served area of York. An adaptive reuse of the former Danskin building houses the new extension. This project consisted of multiple elements intended to increase the functionality of the previous church facility.

Renovations include:

• Enlargement of children’s corridor and classrooms
• Sanctuary expansion to increase stage area
• Increase in entry foyer to create additional fellowship space
• New formal entrance from second level parking
• New youth ministry space
