This new one-story manufacturing facility and two-story office space has a steel structure and joist roof system.
The exterior walls of the manufacturing portion are load-bearing insulated precast concrete. The exterior walls and floor system of the office area are load-bearing, wet-cast concrete and concrete plank with a Gypcrete topping. Exterior finishes are painted concrete, curtain wall, storefront and a fully adhered EPDM roof.
The facility includes a lobby, elevator, private offices, conference rooms, fitness room, machine shop, assembly area, shipping storage and mechanical/electrical rooms. The entire building is fully sprinklered and provides full ADA accessibility.
