CORE Design Group is providing Metropolitan Companies with architectural services for the design of a new 16,000-square-foot in-line retail building that will house 6-8 tenants.

A portion of the east side of the building will be dedicated to a patio with seating.

The design of this retail building needed to following local codes to reflect the historic nature of the Gettysburg area.

This project includes the building shell design with white box tenant spaces and limited MEP documentation.
