Both facilities are one-story with conventional steel structure and joist roof system. The exterior walls are load-bearing tilt-up concrete panels. Liberty at Hunter’s Green II includes a separate pump house. Exterior finishes are painted concrete, storefront and a mechanically fastened TPO roof system. The building includes a warehouse.
Liberty at Hunter’s Green III exterior finishes are painted concrete, storefront and a fully adhered EPDM roof system. The building includes manufacturing and warehouse areas, a lobby, private and general office spaces, a conference room, showroom and locker rooms.
Both facilities are fully sprinklered and provide full ADA accessibility.
