Gerstell Academy wanted to construct a new building for former students of the school. This new building was designed to match the other buildings on the campus. The main building materials include brick, metal and EPDM roof along with a steel structure. CORE worked diligently to provide an efficient design that includes offices and conference center, school store, and a large gathering space. There is a large outdoor patio area with excellent views of the adjacent soccer fields and buildings.
When the Alumni House is not being used for meetings and events, the event space can be divided into three classroom spaces.
