With the impending Interstate 83 and Mount Rose Avenue Interchange Improvement Project looming, Nello Tire was challenged with reconfiguring their facilities to accommodate the loss of their warehouse and a portion of their property to the state.
CORE Design Group helped create a modified and expanded facility that worked within municipal regulations and the I-83 expansion while allowing Nello Tire to continue business operations during construction.
This new facility includes a 1,000 SF showroom and offices and 9,000 SF service center which includes a storage mezzanine.
