This project was a Design-Build delivery method with full height double wythe insulated pre-cast concrete wall panels and pre-engineered ‘Attic Style’ roof trusses over classroom wing. Includes a secure entrance vestibule with reception office and lobby space. Four classrooms and a resource room were designed around a central hallway that housed student lockers.
A large social hall with permanent stage accommodates presentations and sports activities while also providing an area for serving lunch. Both the stage and warming kitchen were designed with storage space above.
