The Toyota of York campus had employees spread between two older sales and office buildings. CORE Design Group was brought in to develop a solution that would place employees under one roof.
By demolishing the two buildings and reconfiguring the site, our team created a design that co-located all sales and administrative personnel in one new facility.
The exterior is comprised of large glass walls facing the showroom wrapped in ACM panels, with EIFS finishes on the sides and rear. The new facility boasts a large showroom with office space looking down from above, as well as wall-to-wall glass providing an open and inviting feel for the lower-level areas.
