CORE completed a new office and showroom for the Hoffman Ford Dealership in Harrisburg. This proud multi-generational family-owned business has roots dating back to the 1940s.
Work included demolition of the current showroom, customer and office areas, and construction of a new showroom, three enclosed service reception lanes, a parts and accessories retail display area, enclosed vehicle delivery bays, a new customer lounge and customer café.
The new 19,200-SF showroom is large enough to allow them to combine their used car sales and new car sales under one roof. The expanded service drive-through and lounge also created comfortable waiting areas for customers out of the elements. The Hoffman Ford team was also excited to streamline their workflow with the new office and administrative areas. We partnered with Site Design Concepts, Inc. and Stewart & Tate Construction on this project.
