The objective of the project was to incorporate the existing hospital building into a growing community in order to provide a full range of services and space. The architectural planning and design included a complete renovation of the old facility and a seamless continuation into the new addition.
Our team ensured the new facility maximized existing space while allowing for future expansion to meet the growing needs of the Ephrata Community Hospital.
We also developed a Facilities Master Plan, a multi-phased program of additions and renovations totaling over $28 million dollars of future improvements.
