CORE Design Group provided RHI Magnesita professional architectural services for their two-story office renovation and main entrance addition. The project will be separated out by phases.

RHI Magnesita’s main goal of the renovation was to take the outdated look of the office and update it to connect more with younger generations.

The first phase of the project included a new entrance lobby addition at the doors closest to the parking lot. This portion of the project was bid separately. In a later phase, the first and second floors will be renovated to include additional workstations, conference rooms, small meeting areas, private offices, and more. Each space is anticipated to have upgraded finishes and design elements. The renovations will occur in phases by floor in order to maintain use and occupancy of the building during construction.
