The pre-engineered building functions as a regional ingredient processing hub for large-scale food and confectionery production. It is designed to heat, melt, and store food additives with precision, ensuring consistent product quality. Inside, the plan integrates production, cleaning, storage, and office areas. A covered access zone links administrative and storage wings, supporting essential processing equipment while also providing truck and rail access.

The two-story administrative wing offers private offices, conference rooms, flexible open office space, and restrooms. A second-floor training area adds capacity for workforce development. Break rooms are dedicated to both office and production staff, with the production side including locker rooms and showers.
