Phase I

New one-story addition to the existing church has a steel structure and joist roof system on load bearing masonry walls along with a pre-engineered building. Includes a vestibule, narthex, kitchen, social hall, gymnasium, stage, dressing and music rooms, classrooms, boy’s and girl’s locker & toilet rooms. Fully sprinklered and provided full ADA accessibility.

Phase II

The new one-story administrative center building has a cold-formed metal stud load bearing wall system and a cold-formed metal joist roof system. Includes a vestibule, reception and waiting area, private offices, conference room, bathrooms, storage, mechanical room, outside equipment storage and a garage. This phase also included four living quarters with common kitchen, living & dining areas and an exterior courtyard. Fully ADA accessible

Phase III

The St. Joseph Education Wing was a Design-Build delivery method consisting of a one-story addition to the existing church and social hall. The construction type was standard block construction with brick veneer exterior cladding to match existing. Includes the addition of eight new classrooms (Pre-K to 5), an administration
suite with secretary, nurse, SRI, principal offices and copy room, supplementary storage room and required restrooms.
