Main Entrance and Ticket Booth
The main entrance finishes are brick veneer columns and low walls, pre-cast concrete column and wall caps and ornamental metal gates and fence system. This new 300-SF one-story ticket booth is load bearing masonry with metal stud roof rafters. Exterior finishes are brick veneer, aluminum windows, painted steel and a fully adhered EPDM roof system.
Home Grandstands
This renovation included the removal of bleachers and railings to accommodate the new handicapped accessible spectator areas, wider isles, and space to construct a new press box. The existing steel structure was painted and a new railing system was installed. The grandstands total 12,800 SF and seat 3,000

Press Box
This new one-story press box has a structural steel floor system, metal stud exterior walls and metal stud roof rafters. Exterior finishes are metal siding, aluminum sliding windows and a fully adhered EPDM roof system. This 440-SF structure is built atop the home grandstands and includes three visitor rooms.
Field House
This new one-story field house is load bearing masonry with steel roof joists. Exterior finishes are colored CMU, brick veneer, pre-cast concrete pilaster caps, painted steel, storefront and a fully adhered EPDM roof system. The building includes a weight room, men and women’s restrooms, and storage.
Team Locker Areas, Toilets and Concessions
The new one-story building under the home grandstands is load bearing masonry with metal stud ceiling rafters. Exterior finishes are colored CMU and stainless steel rolling counter doors. The building includes a 1,000-SF concession area, home locker room, shower and toilets totaling 2,200 SF, coaches office with toilet and shower, training room, men and women’s restrooms, and visitor locker rooms, shower, and toilets totaling 2,200 SF, areferees locker room, referees shower with a toilet and large storage areas.
