The Stonebrook Personal Care renovation project included both interior and exterior renovations and additions. The design intent is to engage residents with an expanded sense of community and interaction through the creation of new spaces.

Renovations included:

• Exterior facade upgrades
• Interior renovations to resident units including new, high quality finishes
• New kitchenettes and bathroom layouts
• Renovations to common areas within the building include the dining room and corridors
• Interior additions of a communal living room and activity room designed to flank each side of the central dining room

This senior living community is now known as Paramount Senior Living at Chambersburg Road.
