CORE Design Group provided architectural services for this extensive interior renovation at the Willow Valley senior living community’s Manor Core center. 

The design reconfigured the main resident dining space, making room for an expanded and updated entryway, lobby lounge and bar, and a grand feeling of arrival. 

The resulting open atrium area and resident amenity spaces include a library, updated public restrooms, mail area, administrative offices, grab-and-go marketplace, and several comfortable seating and gathering areas with views from all three floors.

The reduced footprint of the restaurant space was subsequently divided into multiple distinct dining venues that share a high-end commercial kitchen while featuring their own menu, style, and feel. The restaurants boast luxurious finishes, artisinal fixtures, and behind-the-scenes views of food prep and baking areas.
