Construction is underway on a new 58,000-SF industrial food processing facility on Commerce Drive in Thomasville, PA. Designed by CORE Design Group for Saisar Properties, LLC, the project is being built by H&H General Excavating Co., with sitework currently in progress.
The pre-engineered building will function as a regional ingredient processing hub for large-scale food and confectionery production. It is designed to heat, melt, and store food additives with precision, ensuring consistent product quality. Inside, the facility integrates production, cleaning, storage, and office areas. A covered access area links the administrative and storage wings, supporting essential processing equipment while also providing convenient truck and rail access.
The two-story administrative wing includes private offices, conference rooms, flexible open office space, restrooms, and a second-floor training area for workforce development. Dedicated break rooms serve both office and production staff, with the production side also featuring locker rooms and showers.
“We are honored to be building this project for Saisar Properties and bringing their vision to life in this region,” shared Mike Hartman, Owner of H&H General Excavating, at the groundbreaking ceremony this summer. “Through strong teamwork and close collaboration with CORE Design Group, we’re crafting a facility that will meet both current and future operational needs.”
Completion is targeted for June 2026.
